Acetate options can be fully discussed, and we can post physical samples if needed to help you choose the perfect colourway.
Once confirmed, your bespoke frame is handcrafted by our technician — a process that takes around 12 weeks*.
Your original frame is used at several key stages, including shaping, alignment, and final lens fitting.
For the best results, we recommend keeping your frame with us for the full duration, but we can return it mid-way if needed.
We store your unique frame specifications so you can easily reorder in the future or create new versions in different colours.
*In a hurry? Choose our Fast Track service for an additional £100 to reduce the turnaround to 4 weeks.
