A family run biz, wife and husband team Jo & Chris started Peep as we were saddened at the amount of eyewear that wasn’t being reused. Perfectly good frames were being discarded simply because lenses needed updating or styles had changed. Diverting waste from landfill and bringing eyewear back to life is what we do, combining our passion for sustainability with our desire to be a force for good and give something back with our business.
In most cases, we believe the most sustainable eyewear is the eyewear you already own.
We mix the lost designs & quality of yesterday with today's modern lens. This circular eyewear approach allows us to keep existing frames in use for longer, sourcing unique vintage eyewear, recycling and restoring preloved designer frames and carefully curating collections.
Big on detail, small on mundane. Each piece is lovingly restored to former glory and all our frames have a story to tell. Repair, restoration and relensing are central to how we reduce waste and extend the life of eyewear.
Bespoke eco eyewear with our custom made service – choose your own tint colour or add your prescription, our optical expertise will guide you through the process. This lets customers upgrade lenses without replacing frames, reducing the need for new manufacturing.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Support the slow fashion movement with our glasses repairs and refurbishing services and join the rewear revolution. Our repair-first, circular eyewear model focuses on reuse over replacement. Donate and recycle your old frames through us and we will do good on your behalf with our charity partners.
